Optimized Maintenance

Maintenance philosophy can be based on breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance and condition based maintenance. In our consultancy, we analyse all types of maintenance against individual machinery component based on their criticality, reliability, past failures, maker’s recommendation, current health, cost and redundancy. A risk matrix for each component is drawn through fault tree analysis to produce the state of art maintenance, i.e. Risk Based Maintenance
